Tuxedos for Proms

6-12 Months - Reserve your Tuxedos; have list of attendants (Best Man, Groomsmen, Jr. Groomsmen, Ring Bearer, Fathers, Grandfathers, Ushers 1 per 50 guests), and list of any other attendants or if guests are wearing Black Tie. Notify party that they need to get measurements. (Please use a professional tuxedo supplier.) Also notify Wedding party of the cost of there tuxedo rental.

2-4 Months - Measurements should be sent in (call tuxedo supplier to make sure measurements are complete)

Week of - Call to find out if Tuxedos are ready for early pick up. Then have wedding party try complete tuxedo on to ensure proper fit as soon as possible. (Any questions on fit should be done at this time.) Tuxedos must be paid before leaving store. Tuxedos are responsible by groom and wedding party, so please wear responsibly.

Following Business Day - Please return tuxedos hung on hangers, complete, and on time to avoid late fees. (Double check tuxedo for anything left in pockets!)

1-4 Months - Reserve your tuxedo as early as possible. (To ensure your favorite choice.) 2 months advance booking is recommended because this is the peak season for tuxedo rentals, and even if your date doesn’t know her color, you can always change items up to two weeks before your prom. Proper fit is important so consult with your tuxedo specialist on fit recommendations. Order early for the best discounts!

Week of Prom - Call to find out if your Tuxedo is ready earlier, then set pick up time. Earlier pick up dates are recommended because this is usually the busiest time of year for formalwear and can reduce your waiting time in the store.

Prom Day - Make sure your tuxedo is adjusted and worn correctly. Be a gentlemen and have a great Prom!

Following Business Day - Please return tuxedos hung on hangers, complete, and on time to avoid late fees. (double check tuxedo for anything left in pockets!)
